The following information requires yearly renewal to be filed in your employee records due to OSHA requirements or other licensing agencies.

  • TB skin test/ Chest X-ray
  • CPR/ ACLS every 2 years - AMS classroom call D.O.N.
  • Nursing Assistant/ CMT Certification (SRNA every 2 years)
  • Nursing Assistant Ceus/ 12 hrs
  • Nursing License- KY yearly
  • Mandatory agency annual in-service
